This website is provided to you, the customer, by [iSpire, Alexandria, Egypt], upon the condition that you accept all the terms without modification of the conditions and notices enclosed in this agreement. By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

As a condition of your use of this website, you confirm that:

This website, including the content and infrastructure of these pages, the online platform and the service(s) provided on these pages and through the website (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by iSpire ("EhgezMasr.com", "us", "we" or "our") and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Use of the service
1. Scope of Service
Through the website, we, iSpire, provide an online platform through which all types of temporary accommodations and services (for example hotels, motels, hostels and bed & breakfasts, guided tours, activities, transport services and car hire collectively the "Service(s)"), can advertise their rooms, guided tours, services for reservation, and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations. A reservation is binding once it has been completed through EhgezMasr.com, in which you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Service Provider at which you carry out your bookings. We act only as an intermediary between you and the Service Provider from the point at which you make your reservation, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant accommodation and/or service provider and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Service Provider.
Any information disclosed by us, when rendering our services, is based on the information given to us by the service providers. As such, the Service Providers are granted access to an extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information, which is displayed on our website. However, we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services. We will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each service provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or (star) rating of any accommodations made available.
Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not permitted by any means to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor, display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
2. Specific Services
2.1 Accommodation Services
The Services are subject to the Rules and Restrictions of the "Service Provider" offering the accommodation, which will be made available before booking. The Rules and Restrictions may include restrictions on and/or charges for cancellation and/or changes imposed by the "Service Provider".
Regarding pre-paid hotel bookings please refer to the details shown during the reservation process to confirm how and when payment will be made. Prices shown on the website do not include any fees or charges for optional supplements, including minibar snacks or telephone calls.
Should you choose to book for 8 or more rooms, you must contact one of our group travel specialists, who will expressly research your request and contact you to complete your reservation process. Please note that some hotels require you to sign a written contract and/or pay a non-refundable deposit
In correspondence to a classification based on local standards, the comfort level is given to hotels in the description field on the website.
2.2 Activities
Please note that, some activities offered by the Supplier(s)/Service Provider(s), shown in the description of the accommodation on the website, are subject to cancellation, for example, due to weather conditions or force majeure, during out-of-season stays, or if the required number of participants for the activity is not achieved.
Concerning sightseeing, only the sequence of the various tourist attractions is shown as an indication and is subject to change by the Supplier(s)/Service Provider(s).
2.3 Transport Service & Car hire
These services are offered separately and are subject to the Rules and Restrictions of the Service Provider(s).
Where reservations of "Supplier Special Rate" offerings are concerned, the use of the car will be provided directly to Customers by the Supplier. EhgezMasr.com acts merely as an intermediary in the transaction.
The Customer performing the booking must check whether credit cards are accepted by the Supplier/Service Provider.
Prices
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the EhgezMasr.com website are presented including taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless expressly stated otherwise on our website or in the confirmation email.
Please note that, sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a particular stay at a property or for a particular service(s). However, these rates made by accommodations and/or the service providers may be subjected to special restrictions and conditions; for example, in respect to cancellation and refund. Please examinerate details thoroughly for such conditions prior to making your reservation.
Please note that, currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary and are subject to constant changes.
Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding.

Free of Charge
Our service is free of charge. You will not be charged for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate as it is with other service providers.
Method of Payment
If applicable and available, it is possible with certain service providers to pay wholly or partly when carrying out reservations under the payment policy of the accommodation or the Service Provider during the reservation process via secure online payment, all to the extent offered and supported by your bank. You can rest assured that payment is safely processed from your credit/debit card or bank account to the bank account of the Service Provider(s) through a secure third party payment processor.
For certain rates or special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the accommodation/service details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
In case of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible.
Cancellation
By making a reservation with an accommodation and/or a service provider, you accept and consent to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that accommodation and/or service provider, and to any additional (delivery) Terms and Conditions that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered. You can obtain the delivery Terms and Conditions of an accommodation and/or the service through relevant accommodation and/or service provider
Please note that certain rates or special offers cannot be changed or cancelled. Prior to making any reservation, please check the room/service details thoroughly for any such conditions. Please note that a reservation, which requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning), insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the accommodation and the reservation. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account, and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the accommodation agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre) payment and cancellation policy.
Should you choose to review, modify or cancel your reservation(s), please refer to your confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions therein.Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in compliance with the Service Provider's cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy or not be entitled to any repayment of any (pre)paid amount. We recommend that you read the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy of the Service Provider carefully prior to making your reservation and remember to make further payments on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.
3. Correspondences
By completing a booking, you agree to receive the following:
- An email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, providing you with information on your destination and offers (including third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) in relevance to your reservation and destination.
- An email, which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest review form. Please refer to our privacy and cookies policy for more information about how you may contact you.
4. Ranking and Reviews
The default setting of the ranking of hotels on our website is "Recommended" (or any similar wording) (the "Default Ranking"). Other hotel ranking methods are also offered by our service for your comfort. Please note that the Default Ranking is created through a fully automated ranking system (algorithm) and is based on multiple criteria.
The completed review may be uploaded onto the information page of the associated property or service on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the accommodations, and (b) (wholly or partly) used and placed by EhgezMasr.com at its sole discretion (e.g. for marketing, promotion or improvement of our service) on our website or such social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by EhgezMasr.com. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever
5. Liability
The Customer understands and accepts that EhgezMasr.com merely acts as an interface between the Customer and the Supplier(s)/Service Provider(s) and will, under no circumstances, be held liable or responsible with respect to the Services the Customer has booked with one or more Supplier(s) and/or Service Provider(s). EhgezMasr.com is not responsible if and insofar as the Customer is able to claim for damages under an insurance policy, such as travel and/or holiday cancellation insurance.
The information displayed on this Website has been provided by the respective Supplier(s)/Service Provider(s), and EhgezMasr.com does not hold responsibility for or accept any liability for any inaccuracies. Customers must ensure that they verify all information given before booking.

6. Force Majeure
Neither party can be held responsible for occurrences outside that party’s reasonable control (such as war, terrorist act, strike, lock-out, fire or shortage of supply) that prevents the party to perform its duties (force majeure). A party subjected to a force majeure situation may terminate this agreement without liability.
7. Disclaimer
Unless it is expressly stated in these General Terms and Conditions, all the information disclosed in this Website is provided without any warranties or representations as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
Except as expressly set out in these General Terms and Conditions, all the information contained in this Website is provided without any warranty (either express or implied) or implied term of any kind, including but not limited to any implied warranties or implied terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. All such implied terms and warranties are excluded. By accessing this Website, the Customer hereby agrees that EhgezMasr.com will not be liable or held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website, any delay or inability to use the Website, or from the Customer's use of links from the Website. The exclusions and limitations contained in this clause apply only to the extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual property rights
EhgezMasr.com, its Supplier(s)/Service Provider(s), owns the software required for our services or available on or used by our website. However, we do not own the content neither the visuals, images and videos, provided by business users, including tour companies.
EhgezMasr.com exclusively claims the ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights of, the look and feel, including infrastructure of the website on which the service is made available and you are not entitled by all means to otherwise use our brand without our express written permission.
9. General Provisions
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and Conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and rendered in accordance with the Egyptian laws and any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Alexandria.
The original Arabic version of these Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and you cannot derive any rights from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the Arabic version and any other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be conclusive. The Arabic version is available on our website or shall be sent to you upon your written request.
You consent to remain bound by any other provisions in case any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding hereof.
